Pricing Policy

All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

Shipping Policy

Tilleys Gifts & Décor currently uses Australia Post for shipping. While Tilley’s Gifts & Décor takes all appropriate care and precautions with the wrapping and packaging of your purchases, we cannot be held responsible for damage during transit. Insurance is not included in our shipping charges. However, we give our customers the option to use another courier service or insure their purchases at their cost. We would recommend that valuable or fragile products be insured.

Shipping within Australia

Our current freight rates are in Australian Dollars and are based on the published Australia Post charges.

Tilley’s Gifts & Décor currently use Australia Post to deliver our products within Australia.  Australia Post delivers Monday - Friday, during business hours only. All orders can be delivered to any nominated address within Australia, including post office boxes as an option. You may leave some optional delivery instructions in case you are out at the time of delivery. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the post box advising you to collect your products at the local Post Office.  Please note that we cannot accept instructions to contact you, as Australia Post couriers can not call prior to delivery.

Shipping to Other Parts of the World

Tilley’s Gifts & Décor will ship our products to most parts of the world using an established courier service. The website will automatically calculate the shipping charges.

** PLEASE NOTE; Purchases from this website DO NOT include Customs Duty payments. Tilley’s Gifts & Décor suggest that the purchaser makes their own enquiries with the local Customs Authorities to establish if Customs Duty is applicable to the intended purchase prior to ordering.
